Ceremonium" Into The Autumn Shade ' Cassette Tape with Slip cover

Originally formed in the early 1990s by Victor Rivera and Oscar Matter, Ceremonium stands among the earliest architects of American doom-death. Their first official release, the Nightfall in Heaven 7″ EP, was issued by Necroharmonic Productions in 1993—marking not only the band’s introduction, but one of the label’s earliest defining statements.

Just a few years later, Ceremonium expanded their sound into something far more immersive. In 1995, Into the Autumn Shade emerged as a full-length work of depth and restraint—six tracks built on atmosphere, pacing, and crushing density. Drawing from influences such as early Cathedral demos, Abhorrence (Fin), Crematory (Swe), early My Dying Bride, Cemetery (Swe), Anathema, and the NY / NJ / PA death metal underground, the album established itself as a cornerstone of early doom-death metal.

Now reissued through a collaboration between Extremely Rotten Productions, Necroharmonic Productions, and Rotter Records, Into the Autumn Shade returns to physical form with renewed presence. This edition represents a continuation of the original lineage—linking the band’s first release through Necroharmonic to its defining full-length, now reintroduced through a unified effort across the underground.

Available in multiple formats including vinyl and cassette editions, this reissue restores Into the Autumn Shade as it was meant to be experienced—physical, immersive, and grounded in the atmosphere that defined its original release.
